Candidates whose roll numbers are included in the above link and who meet all of the Eligibility requirements will be invited to participate in the Interview Round. All selected applicants must complete and submit the Detailed Application Form (DAF), else their application will be rejected. DAF will have a link on the Online Recruitment Application (ORA) website (www.upsconline.nic.in). In due time, the date of the publication of the Detailed Application Form (DAF) and the deadline for DAF submission will be announced. After the recruiting procedure is completed, the marks of failed applicants will be posted on the commission’s website.

AT THE TIME OF INTERVIEW, PRODUCE DOCUMENTS/CERTIFICATES
At the time of the interview, the printout of the online application, as well as the original documents/certificates listed below, as well as self-attested copies and additional materials mentioned in the Summon Letter for the interview, must be presented:
a) A Matriculation/10th Standard or comparable certificate stating the date of birth, or a Matriculation/10th Standard or similar mark sheet issued by the Central/State Board stating the date of birth in support of their age claim.
b) A degree/diploma certificate, as well as mark papers for all academic years, as evidence of the stated educational qualification. A temporary certificate, as well as mark sheets for all academic years, will be recognised in the absence of a degree/diploma certificate.
c) Order/letter stating the Authority (with number and date) under which the claimed comparable Educational Qualifications were handled.
d) Certificate(s) in the required proforma from the Head(s) of Organization(s)/Department(s) for the whole experience claimed, explicitly stating the length of employment (day, month, and year), indicating the basic pay and consolidated pay, as well as the type of tasks performed.
e) In the specified proforma, an applicant seeking reservation as SC/ ST/ OBC must provide a caste certificate.
f)A statement by the applicant seeking OBC reservation in the specified manner that he or she does not belong to the creamy layer on the critical date.
g) Physically Handicapped certificate issued by the competent authorities in the specified proforma.
h) A candidate who claims a name change after matriculation due to marriage, remarriage, divorce, or other circumstances.

j) Persons already employed by the government in a regular capacity, whether permanent or temporary, and not on a casual/adhoc/daily wages/hourly paid/contract basis.

The weightage of the Recruitment Test (RT) and Interview in the UPSC EPFO 2021 Interview is 75:25 for applicants who are shortlisted based on the Recruitment Test (RT) and qualify in the interview.
Minimum Qualifying Marks for UPSC EPFO 2021 Interview
Whether the selection is done only by interview or by interview followed by a Recruitment Test, the minimal level of appropriateness in interviews for each category will be UR-50, OBC-45, SC/ST/PH-40, out of a total of 100 marks for the interview.
When a candidate is chosen via a Recruitment Test (RT) followed by an interview, they must meet the minimal level of appropriateness in their category at both phases, i.e. the ‘Recruitment Test’ and the ‘Interview.’ The Commission will determine the minimal degree of appropriateness in the instance of RT on a case-by-case basis.
